LT Industries is proud to offer a variety of support agreements.  They are designed to meet the needs of both laboratory and at-line/on-line customer requirements.   You can choose the agreements that meet your exact needs.  Like everything we do, we want to go the extra mile to make sure your analyzers continue to give you years of excellent  service

Hardware Service Agreement

LT Industries entire range of NIR instrumentation has been proven reliable in field applications all over the world.  But even the most reliable equipment needs occasional "check-ups" to insure its continued stability and reliability.  Will your measurement be protected in the unlikely event of a hardware failure?

Our Hardware service agreements can include some of the following features

bulletFree Modem Support/Yearly diagnostics to determine the condition of the analyzer.
bulletFree labor on any covered maintenance work.

Calibration Support Agreement

Whether you are starting your first application or an experienced user with many tried applications, the quality of your measurement results are just as important.  A Calibration support agreement makes sure your measurement is protected to the fullest against unforeseen changes that can effect the quality of your results.  It also provides extra support in developing, updating, or maintaining your application.

Our Calibration support agreements can include some of the following tasks

bulletDevelop sampling procedures needed for calibration development
bulletDevelop calibration models as required by customer
bulletReview customer calibrations and validate as needed

Software Maintenance Agreement

Provides for troubleshooting of software and free software updates over the course of the contract.  Make sure you have the most current software and are first to get any updates.

Diagnostics Support Agreement

This ultra low cost option provides for quarterly checks on the analyzer to closely monitor its important performance parameters.  The most important characteristics of the Analyzer will be tracked over time helping to forecast potential problems long before they occur.
